This guarantee covers any defects or issues that arise as a result of our workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, issues with the foundation, framing, roofing, and siding of your Garden Room. If any such issues arise within the first 5 years after the completion of your Garden Room, we will work with you to rectify the issue at no cost to you.

The guarantee is only valid for the original purchaser of the Garden Room and is not transferable.

The guarantee covers defects or issues that arise as a result of our workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by natural events, such as flooding or severe weather, or damage caused by personal inability of care, such as failure to maintain the Garden Room in good condition.
